3D Scanning: Using the latest technologies, I am able to scan anything from a car chassis to priceless historical pieces or damaged and complex parts you need to reproduce. Whether you want a digital copy or an accurate point cloud to work with, I can facilitate this with a metrology-grade scanner. The scanner offers an accuracy of 0.02mm and utilizes both blue laser and infrared scanning capabilities. Additionally, it provides color mapping, bringing the scans to life as if you were looking at the real thing.

Prototyping: With over 15 years of experience in one-off and prototype designs, I specialize in turning sketch designs into functional 3D models. Whether the model is intended for 3D printing, CNC machining, injection molding, or casting, I can collaborate with you to determine the most cost-effective production method for both small and large runs. Additionally, I maintain close relationships with manufacturing companies to facilitate the entire process if needed.

Reverse engineering: By combining 3D scanning and prototype design, I can reproduce existing parts, such as those no longer in production, or improve designs with known strength issues. I can redesign the existing part in CAD, run simulations to identify problem areas, and create a corrected new design. This process ensures the reproduction or enhancement of parts with precision and reliability.

2D & 3D design:If you need a 2D technical parts drawing converted into CAD for CNC machining, or require engineering drawings of a specific 3D model, I can assist you. I am equipped to create precise and detailed CAD models and engineering drawings to meet your specifications and ensure seamless manufacturing, Rendering Is another process we can use to bring the part to life before it is put into production to give the customer a visualization of the finished product.
